1. Acceptable Use
By using our services, you agree not to use the provided virtual numbers for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or spreading malware. We provide numbers solely for legitimate SMS verification purposes.
2. Refund Policy
Our system operates on a "Success Only" policy. If a virtual number fails to receive a verification code within the allocation window (usually 20 minutes), the balance will be automatically credited back to your account. Manual refunds for successfully received OTPs are not provided.
3. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Sex is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
4. Privacy Policy
We do not share your personal data with third parties. Verification logs are kept for a limited time for technical support and quality assurance, after which they are purged to ensure your privacy.
5. Service Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime, service availability may vary depending on provider stocks and global network conditions. We do not guarantee number availability for every specific service at all times.
